1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Celabe. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Celabe mobile and web applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Celabe (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in violation of these Terms.
4. Vendors, Bookings & Payments
Celabe connects you with third-party vendors for weddings, events, and celebrations. We are a platform that facilitates discovery and communication; we are not a party to any agreement you make with a vendor and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any vendor or service. Any bookings, quotes, payments, deposits, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the terms agreed directly between you and the vendor. You are responsible for reviewing a vendor’s terms before booking.
5. User Content
The Service lets you create and share content — including invitations, RSVPs, photos uploaded to QR photo albums, messages, and profile details (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content you grant Celabe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the people you share it with. You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the rights necessary to share it, including the consent of any individuals appearing in photos you upload.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law; infringe the rights of others; upload content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or obscene; impersonate another person; transmit malware; scrape or harvest data without permission; or interfere with the operation or security of the Service. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and branding, is owned by Celabe and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your own User Content, nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or proprietary materials without our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services that we do not control — including our optional in-app AI assistant. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of them is at your own risk. 9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celabe and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time — see our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Goa, India.
